Service Order & Business Activation Agreement
This Agreement is entered into by and between MyDealShopper LLC and the undersigned client

3) Activation & Timeline

For paid plans (Growth / Scale): Work begins Day 1 after payment confirmation
(profile setup, configuration, content, operational preparation). -
For paid plans (Growth / Scale): Ready to operate within up to 15 days after payment
(subject to coordination/availability). - For the Listing plan: Listing access is enabled after account approval and basic onboarding. No activation or managed setup services are included unless the Client upgrades to a paid plan.
- Timelines may vary depending on responsiveness, required materials, and scheduling availability.
4) Official Live Shopping Location (Authorization)
I authorize activation of my location as an Official Live Shopping Location, subject to prior coordination and my approval.
5) Payment
The Client agrees to pay 100% of the selected plan upfront.
Accepted payment methods include Stripe, PayPal, or wire transfer.
Payment instructions will be provided by email after this Agreement is signed.
Service activation begins upon payment confirmation as described in Section 3.
6) Key Acknowledgements

Scope. This Agreement covers either:
(a) Listing plan (platform listing access only), or
(b) Activation/Integration Services included in a paid plan, including implementation, configuration, and deliverables as shown in the selected plan - Platform Terms. Marketplace selling rules (fees, buyer policies, returns, and related terms) are governed by the platform’s Terms, accepted when the Client creates/uses its vendor account.
- Plan Details. The selected plan summary and deliverables in Section 2 are incorporated into this Agreement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MyDealShopper will deliver what is included in the selected plan as described in Section 2 (Selected Plan).
For the LISTING plan, the scope is limited to platform listing access only. Activation, content production, live session support, automation setup, promotional placement, and other managed deliverables are not included unless the Client upgrades to a paid plan.
Operational execution (e.g., live sessions) will be coordinated reasonably with the Client and is subject to the availability of sellers/shoppers, when such services are included in the selected paid plan, without reducing the plan commitments during the contracted term.
The Client agrees to:
- Keep available inventory for the products it authorizes to be showcased/sold.
- Confirm reasonable schedules when applicable (especially if it authorizes “Official Live Shopping Location”).
- Provide logos, photos, and basic business information when needed for the profile.
- Comply with applicable laws (labeling, restricted products, permits, etc.).
The Client acknowledges that paid plans are implementation and production services that start immediately after payment confirmation (setup, content production, and operational build-out). For this reason, paid plan fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
The LISTING plan has no activation fee; therefore, the no-refund policy applies only to paid plans and any paid add-ons purchased by the Client.
To support the activation and content included in the plan, the Client authorizes MyDealShopper to capture and use photos/video at the location only for:
- Creating the plan materials (custom videos/guides/promos).
- Running the operational demo and vendor/profile activation.
- Promoting the Client inside the MyDealShopper ecosystem (store/profile, platform visibility, and related in-platform placements).
Both parties will keep confidential the operational and commercial information shared to execute the activation, except as strictly necessary to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDealShopper’s total liability related to this service is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client under this agreement.
MyDealShopper will deliver the services and deliverables included in the selected plan (Section 2 (Selected Plan)). Because results depend on external factors, MyDealShopper does not promise specific commercial outcomes, without affecting the completion of the contracted deliverables.
For the LISTING plan, deliverables are limited to listing access and visibility level as described in the plan table.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of laws principles.
