•  If it’s a change of mind (for example: “I don’t want it anymore” or “it wasn’t what I expected”), the return is typically handled under the buyer’s responsibility.
Buyer Protection generally covers cases such as:

•  Damaged or defective item
•  Wrong item received
•  Missing items in the order
•  Item different from what was shown or described
For example:

•  Change of mind (you no longer want it)
•  Personal preference (color/style “not what I imagined”)

Note: Some creators may offer special conditions, but Buyer Protection applies to genuine order issues.

It’s a one-on-one session where a certified expert helps you shop from physical stores or online retailers in the United States, Europe, or China. You can connect via video call or chat, whichever you prefer.
In a live session, you’re shopping alongside many other users and deals can sell out quickly. In a private appointment, the shopper works exclusively with you and focuses 100% on your purchases.
You can schedule your appointment in two ways: from the main menu by clicking the “Book a Session” button, or by selecting a store logo within the platform and choosing your preferred date and time for your private session.
It’s a private one-on-one session where a certified personal shopper assists you in real time while shopping from online stores in the United States, Europe, or China. During the appointment, you can join via video call to watch the purchasing process live, ask questions instantly, and ensure you select exactly what you need. If you prefer, you can also complete the session entirely through chat.
The cost of a private appointment, whether for in-store or online shopping, is $25 USD for 60 minutes of personalized service.
Yes. Simply let your shopper know at the beginning of your appointment. They will confirm whether the additional stores are nearby and if there is enough time within your scheduled session.
You may request any item that is legally permitted for purchase and shipment. However, products listed as prohibited or regulated—such as weapons, explosives, controlled substances, restricted medications, or other specially regulated goods—cannot be purchased.
Yes. Your Personal Shopper shares the actual store price of the product. Local taxes and the shopper’s service commission are then added to that amount.
Before any payment is made, your Personal Shopper will clearly confirm the total amount for your approval, ensuring full transparency.
At the end of your session, your Personal Shopper will send your shopping list along with a personalized payment link.
To complete your purchase:
  • 1. Open the unique payment link provided by your shopper.
  • 2. Complete your payment using your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.
  • 3. Once the payment is confirmed, the shopper will receive automatic notification and complete the purchase in-store immediately.
We recommend completing your payment as soon as possible—ideally within the first few minutes—since your Personal Shopper may have another appointment scheduled after yours.
If payment is not completed during the session, the Personal Shopper will not be able to finalize the purchase and will need to proceed with their next scheduled appointment. If you still wish to buy the product later, you will need to schedule a new private appointment with the shopper.
If you are in the same country as your Personal Shopper (for example, you are in the U.S. and your shopper is purchasing within the U.S.), your items will be shipped directly to your registered address. If you are purchasing from another country (for example, you live in Asia and are buying from the U.S., China, or Europe), your Personal Shopper will send your purchases to a MyDealShopper warehouse. From there, you can consolidate your packages and request international shipping whenever you choose.
It depends on how you’re shopping:

•  Live streams (Personal Shoppers or Creators):
share a link in their bio or in the live description.
Open the link, it will take you to their Live Store, choose your items, and complete checkout in seconds.

•  Private appointments: at the end of your appointment, your Personal Shopper will send you a payment link to complete your purchase in seconds.
All purchases are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). If your account or payment method is in another currency, your bank will apply the applicable conversion rate when you top up.
MyDealShopper does not currently offer installment payments.

If your bank or card offers installment options, you may be able to use them based on your bank’s terms.
Yes. You can pay from anywhere as long as you have a credit or debit card enabled for online purchases.

If a package is held or returned by customs, the process and timelines depend directly on local authorities. We recommend reviewing your country’s import rules before authorizing shipment to avoid delays or additional charges.
Yes. Once your items arrive, you can consolidate them or store them temporarily until you decide when you want to ship.
You can leave your packages in the warehouse and consolidate later. We’ll notify you when new packages arrive. However, if you do not ship within a reasonable time, extended storage fees may apply (you will be notified in advance).
MyDealShopper can store your packages as long as you maintain active communication and, when applicable, pay any required storage fees.

•  With user contact: your packages may remain stored for a longer period, as long as you confirm your plan (shipping, consolidation, or storage) and pay the applicable fees.

•  Without user contact: if we do not receive a response to notifications sent to your registered contact methods:

    ○  After 30 days, the package moves to Extended Storage.

    ○  After 60 days, the package is considered Abandoned.

Once marked as Abandoned, MyDealShopper may, in accordance with applicable law and internal policies, dispose of the package (for example: return, donation, recycling, or destruction when necessary), without any refund obligation and without further liability, to the extent permitted by law.

It is the user’s responsibility to keep contact details up to date. Any notice sent to the registered email or phone number will be considered valid.
  • Business Memberships:
    • 45 days included.
    • Then: $1 USD/day (standard packages) and $2 USD/day (oversized).
  • Plus Memberships:
    • 30 days included.

Yes, but you must request additional protection such as “fragile” labels, special materials, or packing photos. This may involve additional costs.
No. Refrigerated foods, temperature-sensitive medications, or chocolates are not allowed. MyDeal Xpress does not offer temperature-controlled transport.
If the carrier returns your package, MyDealShopper may be able to receive it again if the courier allows it. Once it is registered in your account, you can choose what to do next, for example:

•  Reship it
•  Update or change the address
•  Consolidate it with other packages (if applicable)
•  Request disposal
•  Request return to sender (if applicable)

In some cases, fees may apply for returns, repacking, or storage.
If an item is prohibited or restricted in your country, MyDealShopper cannot ship it internationally.

If your package is held or rejected by customs, compliance with import rules and permits is the buyer’s responsibility, so no refund applies for that reason.

In these cases, you may choose an available option, such as:

•  Reship to another international address (if applicable)
•  Request return to sender/seller (if applicable)

Yes. Optional insurance is available for $3.50 USD per every $100 USD of declared value.

Memberships are billed in U.S. dollars (USD). If you pay in another currency, your bank or payment provider will automatically apply the current exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
No. Memberships are personal and non-transferable, meaning each user must have their own account. This ensures proper package identification, accurate benefit tracking, and secure handling of information and shipments.
No. For security and protection reasons, account sharing is not permitted, as it could expose your personal information.
If your membership expires, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan conditions starting from the expiration date. This means Free plan benefits and limits will apply, such as fewer free storage days and possible changes in included services or costs.
