Use the address of our Oregon warehouse when placing your online orders. This automatically removes sales tax at checkout, regardless of which store you're buying from.
Is there an extra cost for using the tax-free address?

How do I use my P.O. Box address?

What if I entered the wrong address when making my purchase?
If your package is missing your name or assigned MyDealShopper ID, processing may be delayed. Contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Can I return a product I purchased?
Yes. We can help coordinate the return to the store. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the store provides a free return label or you request one from us.
How long does it take for a package to appear in my account after delivery?
It typically takes between 1 to 24 hours after the store delivers the package to the warehouse.
What should I do if the store shows my package as delivered, but it doesn't appear in my account?

What happens if the store sends a package without my suite number or full name?

Yes. There are no restrictions as long as the shopper confirms the product is available in-store or online.
What if the product has variants (like size or color)?
You can provide those details to the shopper during the live session, and they will look for the item according to your preferences.

Yes. All your products are stored in the warehouse and can be consolidated into a single shipment to save on shipping costs.
What if I change my mind after the shopper already bought the product?

They offer new or gently used physical products, and some also sell digital products.

How do international shipping rates work?

What happens if my package is held at customs?
MyDeal Xpress provides logistics support, but your local customs office has final authority. In such cases, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. It's the buyer's responsibility to comply with local import regulations.

Yes. You can request an invoice. Packaging is handled directly by MyDeal Xpress from the warehouse.

It's a one-on-one session where a certified expert helps you shop from online stores in the U.S., Europe, or China. You can join via video call (they'll show the buying process live) or just use chat if you prefer.
How much does a personal shopper booking cost?
The fee for a private booking (in-store or online) is $25 USD for 60 minutes of personalized service.
Can I ask the shopper to visit more than one store?
Yes. Just let the shopper know at the start of your session. They will confirm if there’s time to visit the other store(s) during your scheduled booking.
Are there any restrictions on what I can ask the shopper to buy?
No. You can request any legally permitted item. Just make sure it’s not on the prohibited items list (e.g. weapons, explosives, controlled medications, etc.).
Does the price I'm quoted include all costs?
Yes. The personal shopper will always share the store's original product price, plus any applicable local taxes and their service commission. The commission varies depending on the shopper and will be shown when you choose your session, once customer support confirms available options based on your selected date.
How do I pay for my purchases during a private booking?
At the end of the session, your personal shopper will give you a shopping summary and a personalized payment link. To complete the purchase:
- 1. Open the unique payment link provided by your shopper.
- 2. Pay using your MyDealPay balance. If you don’t have enough funds, you can top up instantly with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
- 3. Once the payment is complete, the shopper will receive automatic confirmation and immediately make the purchase in-store.
How long do I have to make the payment after receiving the link?
We recommend paying as soon as possible—ideally within a few minutes, since your shopper may have another booking scheduled.
Tip: Make sure your MyDealPay account is funded before the session to avoid delays. You can top up quickly using a card or PayPal.
What happens if I can't pay during the booking?
If you can't complete the payment in time:
- 1. The shopper will not be able to make your purchase.
- 2. You'll need to book a new booking to try again.
How will the personal shopper ship my order?
It depends on where the shopper is located and where you want your order delivered:
- If you are in the same country as the shopper (e.g. you’re in the U.S. and shopping with a U.S.-based shopper):
→ The products will be shipped directly to your address. - If you are shopping from another country (e.g. you live in Latin America and are shopping in the U.S., China, or Europe):

No. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Each user must have their own account.

No. Account sharing is not allowed for security reasons, as others would have access to your funds. Your account is individual only.
What happens if my membership expires while I have packages in storage?
The conditions of the Free plan will apply automatically, including shorter free storage and no free consolidation, from the date of expiration.
Can I combine a Plus membership with special promotions?
Yes. MyDealShopper occasionally offers extra promotions that Plus members can also take advantage of.
What happens if I forget to renew my membership?
Your account will automatically switch to the Free plan. You can reactivate your membership anytime.
